All FishStix™ Rods are individually manufactured and inspected with the utmost care. However, should failure occur due to defects in materials or workmanship (to be determined by FishStix L.L.C.), the rod or components of the rod would be replaced (to be determined by FishStix L.L.C.). The warranty does not cover any damage to the rods that results from accidental breaking, abuse, misuse, altercation, or modifications. FishStix L.L.C. reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any FishStix Rod covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued or special edition models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts. We will not warranty any custom painted rods with new custom painted rods.

     The consumer must make all warranty claims directly to FishStix. None of the FishStix dealers are authorized to perform warranty service for FishStix. Any repair work done outside of the FishStix facility will void your warranty. All Rods should be properly packaged and insured when returning for warranty.

     The Warranty is non transferable and A COPY OF THE PURCHASE RECIEPT AND A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER FOR $30.00 SHIPPING AND HANDELING COST MUST ACCOMPANY ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS. Please include your name and your contact information should we need to contact you!
